Zakhar Oprysko is an Associate in the Kyiv office. He focuses on banking and finance law, corporate law and M&A, as well as public-private partnership projects.

Zakhar's experience includes advising on financing projects, particularly drafting finance documentation and security arrangements, providing legal advice on currency control regulations and other practical aspects of transaction implementation. He has also participated in legal due diligence, preparation of transactional documents in M&A deals, and legal matters related to the activities of banks and other financial institutions.
