Pavlo Bogachenko is a Senior Associate in the Kyiv office. He focuses on dispute resolution, international arbitration and litigation with state authorities. His focus further extends to energy & natural resources, infrastructure and transportation.

Pavlo has more than nine years of experience in representing interests of Ukrainian and international companies in commercial disputes. His main areas of practice are commercial dispute resolution, investment disputes, international arbitrations (LMAA, LCIA, GAFTA, ICAC of the Ukrainian CCI), and litigation with state authorities. He is directly involved in building dispute resolution strategies and representation of clients’ interests during hearings before courts of all levels and specialisations.

In addition, Pavlo takes active participation in comprehensive legal support related to international business transactions (commodity trade, M&A), including conducting risk assessments and legal due diligence.
