Philipp has a decade of experience advising on high-profile M&A transactions, private equity, joint ventures, growth capital investments, divestitures, infrastructure investments and shareholder arrangements. Philipp also serves as a member of the supervisory board of Klinikum Austria Health Group.

- RIVEAN CAPITAL and GREEN MOBILITY HOLDING on the acquisition of Pinoma group, a leading technology-based (e-)bike leasing group, offering also insurance solutions to its customers*
- PRITZKER PRIVATE CAPITAL and C.H. GUENTHER & SON, a global food manufacturer with strong presence across North America and Western Europe, on the acquisition of AHB Backwaren, a key supplier of McDonald's restaurants in Austria, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia and Serbia*
- SCHÜCO INTERNATIONAL on the acquisition of a 49% participation in Stemeseder Group, a leading developer, manufacturer and seller of aluminium profiles for hybrid windows made of wood-aluminium*
