• GTT COMMUNICATIONS on the sale of its infrastructure business in the Czech Republic to I Squared Capital

• GENESIS PRIVATE EQUITY FUND IV (GPEF IV) on the acquisition of a majority stake in BORCAD, an innovative producer of train seats and interior equipment for passenger trains
