Daniel Torsher is a founding shareholder/partner in Kinstellar. Originally from Canada where he qualified in the Province of Quebec, he joined the Group Topco’s (Aapogee PLC) predecessor firm in Europe in 1998 prior to its acquisition by Linklaters in 2000.

He was a partner in Linklaters prior to the spin-off of Kinstellar, and served as Managing Partner of the Group’s offices in Bratislava (2003–2008), Bucharest (2008–2012) and Istanbul (2012–2017).

Since 2017 he has focused on the firm’s regional management and its strategic development. He has acted as a senior resource to the Group’s General Counsel for the Group’s expansion and acquisitions, from its original four offices to its current 15 offices in 14 countries. While Daniel’s background is as a corporate and securities lawyer, his practice with the Group has covered many of its other service lines.
