• ACCOLADE HOLDING, a leading Czech investment company, on financing provided by Tatra banka for the acquisition of 100% of the shares in GLP Kosice, which owns a logistics park in eastern Slovakia
• CVI, an independent investment company, in connection with bond financing provided for the recapitalisation of Slovak developer Lucron Group
• J&T BANKA, as the junior lender, on the financial recapitalisation of Tatry Mountain Resorts, consisting of a EUR 180 million senior facility and a EUR 110 million junior facility
• KOMERČNÍ BANKA (Societe Generale Group) as the lender on a real estate refinancing transaction related to the Pribinova 40 office building, a modern administrative centre located on the riverside promenade in the heart of Bratislava’s business area
