Maiia Savelieva is a Senior Associate in the Kyiv office. She focuses on corporate and commercial law, M&A and corporate governance.

Maiia's practice includes legal research of corporate, commercial and regulatory issues, assistance on drafting various corporate and transactional documents as well as advising clients on corporate and compliance matters.

• AN AMERICAN FAMILY INVESTOR on regulatory matters, including export control, product liability and the newly introduced Defence City legal regime; advice on regulatory framework applicable to the codification and admission to service of military products in Ukraine and in connection with contracts for the supply of defence goods to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including direct state contracts with the Defence Procurement Agency and contracts with foreign governments for the benefit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
