  • e& PPF TELECOM GROUP, on the acquisition of United Group’s subsidiary - SBB Beograd - one of the largest CEE transactions and the largest in Serbia (total value EUR 1,5 billion)
  • VOLKSWAGEN GROUP, on the funding of its joint venture with Rivian, a transformative transaction with a total deal size of up to USD 5.8 billion
  • MVM on the exercise of a call option right under a shareholders’ agreement to acquire additional equity interests in two Serbian companies
  • GLOBE TRADE CENTRE (GTC), a leading real estate investor and developer in the Central and South-Eastern European regions, on the sale of their subsidiary, Glamp doo Beograd, which owns the GTC X Building, to the real estate firm Forstone Realty
