Milica Mihajilica is an Associate in the Belgrade office, where she plays an active role in advising domestic and international clients on complex corporate transactions.

She works closely with the M&A, Corporate, and Private Equity teams, providing comprehensive legal support across all stages of the deal cycle, including due diligence, transaction structuring, drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, and post‑closing integration.

Milica regularly assists clients with cross‑border M&A matters, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with Serbian and EU corporate governance standards.

Her experience spans a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on the Life Sciences & Healthcare and Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sectors.
