Kristina is a Senior Associate in the Zagreb office and a member of the firm’s Energy & Natural Resources and Risk & Investigations teams.
She advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of energy and natural resources transactions, with particular expertise in licensing, project development and regulatory compliance. Her practice spans the gas and electricity sectors, including renewable energy projects.
In corporate and commercial matters, Kristina supports clients in establishing, structuring and expanding their business operations in Croatia. She also has significant experience advising on public procurement procedures and contract performance, as well as export controls, sanctions compliance and competition law issues.

- MVM CEENERGY CROATIA on complex regulatory and commercial issues related to the LNG terminal, particularly those arising from the amended Rules of Operation of the LNG Terminal which influenced existing contractual arrangements on the LNG terminal
- GREENVOLT INTERNATIONAL POWER on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Agro Sunce, a developer of 450MW solar power plant project in Croatia
- WOODBURN CAPITAL PARTNERS, a private investment group based in the Czech Republic, in connection with its investment in and development of a 3 MW solar power plant in Stankovci
- ID ENERGY GROUP on participation in the tender procedure for obtaining lease rights over the municipal property for the purposes of development of a solar power plant
