Diana Malysh is a Senior Associate in the Kyiv office. She focuses on real estate & construction matters, as well as infrastructure and energy sectors.
Diana has gained extensive experience in real estate & construction, including real estate due diligence; lease, acquisition and construction agreements; public procurement and tender procedures; negotiations with land owners, state and local authorities; construction regulatory matters.
Diana also assists clients across the full spectrum of regulatory and commercial matters in energy renewables and oil & gas sectors.

- AUTOMAGISTRAL-PIVDEN (AMP) on the first unsolicited proposal with regard to EUR 2.5 bln Krakovets-Lviv-Brody-Rivne motorway project on a PPP basis
Real Estate & Construction
- SHANGHAI ELECTRIC with respect to various construction regulatory matters in Ukraine, contributing to a market entry report covering, among other things, obtaining construction licensing and construction permits, environmental matters and EPC contracts
- GIZ on structuring of the project of reconstruction of 25 demolished social infrastructure objects in 22 localities in Ukraine, financing and development of the design documentation for the reconstruction of such objects in Ukraine by GIZ and its contractors and its further transfer to municipalities and other customers in Ukraine
- A LEADING INTERNATIONAL SYSTEMS SUPPLIER TO THE DEFENCE INDUSTRY on a lease agreement for the production facilities of a Ukrainian armoured vehicle manufacturing plant
