  • ALORICA, a global digital customer experience BPO provider, on the TUPЕ-related aspects of termination of an outsourcing services contract as well as supporting the client’s Bulgarian operations on various labour law matters

  • A VIRTUAL PET COMMUNITY PLATFORM on the consequences of a data breach that had the potential to compromised the data of over 69 million accounts around the world, including preparation of the notification for personal data breach to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection and assistance with the follow-up correspondence and requests for information
  • KBC GLOBAL SERVICES – BRANCH BULGARIA, a shared service centre of more than 300 employees supporting the KBC Group, on a full-scope analysis of background checks of employees from the perspective of the GDPR and local data privacy laws
  • HCL TECHNOLOGIES, and Indian IT services company, on day-to-day labour law and data privacy matters, including an update of employee handbooks and teleworking policies, dismissals and disciplinary sanctions, staff hiring, background checks, employee transfers and transitions, changes to working time, electronic exchange with employees, and on the implementation of an employee monitoring tool

M&A and Corporate

  • TAWAL on the acquisition of the telecommunications tower assets of United Group, consisting of more than 4,800 towers across Bulgaria, Croatia and Slovenia, for EUR 1.2 billion
  • HLD-BACKED 52 ENTERTAINMENT, a worldwide leader in bridge online (BBO, Funbridge) and e-sailing (Virtual Regatta), on its expansion into strategy and mind games by the acquisition of Casualino (also known as Zariba Group), the largest independent gaming studio in Bulgaria
  • UKG, an American multinational company for HR and workforce management solutions, on the acquisition of Immedis, a global payroll company with significant operations in Bulgaria, and the related post-closing employment law matters
