October 2017 – Kinstellar has successfully advised an international investor on the disposal of Oasis Florenc, a high quality class A office development located on the eastern edge of the city centre in an established business location of Prague 8, to CORPUS SIREO Real Estate.
The Oasis building was built in 2017 and offers 18,700 m2 of office and commercial space and 141 parking places. Tenants include J&T SERVICES, ELI LILLY, Wolf Theiss and Cisco Systems. The property was managed by EURAMCO Asset Czech.
