November 2016 – Kinstellar advised Met Group, a group of companies focused on multi-commodity wholesale and trading, on the acquisition of Repower Furnizare, a company active in the field of electricity supply and trading in Romania since 2007, with an annual turnover of over 100 million euros. The transaction, announced in July 2016, was completed this month.
The Kinstellar team, coordinated by Iustinian Captariu, Counsel in the Bucharest office also included Zsuzsa Csiki (Managing Associate), Oana Costache (Senior Associate), Diana Rogozea (Senior Associate), Mihai Coada (Associate), Catalin Graure (Junior Associate) and Madalina Perte (Junior Associate), along with support from Kinstellar’s Budapest office.
