July 2017 - Kinstellar has successfully advised CPI Property Group on the acquisition from ÆRIUM of the Královo Pole shopping centre.
Located in Brno, the Kralovo Pole Shopping Centre was built in 2004 and comprises a two-level gallery with 78 shops and a food court with a total area of 26,500 m2. The facility has a building permit for an additional 12,000 m2.
The transaction’s value has not been disclosed.
