March 2026 – Kinstellar is pleased to announce the launch of the Tax Service Line, marking a significant step in the continued development of the Firm’s integrated, full-service platform.
The new Tax Service Line strengthens Kinstellar’s ability to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end tax and legal support across its jurisdictions.
The regional Tax Service Line will be led by our reputable tax lawyer and tax advisors and Co-Heads Maja Mayrhuber (Partner, Austria) and Theodor Artenie (Counsel, Romania), who will drive the strategic direction of the practice area and oversee the rollout of the Service Line across the Firm. They will be supported by a core regional team of experienced tax experts, including Atanas Mihaylov (Counsel, Bulgaria), Carmen Mazilu (Senior Associate, Romania), Roxana Gheorghe (Senior Associate, Romania), Nicoleta Florea (Managing Associate, Romania), and Lyudmyla Dzhurylyuk (Managing Associate, Ukraine).
Over the past year, Kinstellar’s tax capabilities have expanded, including the launch of the Bucharest Tax & Financial Services team and the arrival of Maja Mayrhuber as Tax Partner in Vienna. In addition, the Firm has established a functional network of carefully selected external tax advisors in jurisdictions where it does not currently maintain in-house tax law capacity.
As a result, the newly formed Tax Service Line enables Kinstellar to provide coordinated, integrated tax law services regionally. This includes standalone tax mandates, cross-border coordination combining in-house expertise with trusted external tax advisors, and integrated tax law support for multi-jurisdiction legal mandates. The Service Line ensures full consistency between tax and legal deliverables, maintaining high quality standards and strong alignment with client objectives.
