April 2016 - Kristóf Ferenczi, Partner and the firm-wide head of Kinstellar’s Energy practice, held a presentation on the current framework of EU Energy Efficiency at the Forum on European Energy Law, that took place in Vienna this week. Mr. Ferenczi’s presentation tackled the broad field of energy efficiency within the context of the current EU energy policy and further discussed both the market and State-based approach for promoting energy efficiency programmes. Kostiantyn Likarchuk, the Partner of our Kyiv office also participated the Forum.
This reputed event is a joint initiative of the Florence School of Regulation and the Energy Community Secretariat. It is annually attended by key regulators in Europe, ministers and leading companies in the field and is mainly designed to provide a platform for engagement and debate on the most relevant issues facing the EU and the Energy Community and to promote knowledge and practice sharing.
