Antonia Mavrova, joining as Counsel, has over fifteen years of experience advising on real estate investments (spanning development, acquisition, sale and financing) as well as litigation matters. Antonia has consistently been ranked in both Chambers and Legal 500 guides since 2011. Recent client feedback quoted by Chambers noted: ‘‘Antonia Mavrova impresses clients with her realistic advice, in-depth knowledge and intelligence. She has considerable experience and ‘understands the business implications of the deal.’’ (Chambers Europe 2014). Antonia studied law at Sofia University and is fluent in Bulgarian, English and French.
Dessislava Fessenko, joining as Counsel, has over twelve years of experience advising on competition, EU and commercial law as well as digital technologies and regulated industries. Previously she worked for five years at the Brussels office of Linklaters, and at a leading Swiss-based pharmaceutical conglomerate. Dessislava was singled out in the EU and Competition practice area of the latest edition of Legal 500 guide. Clients recommend her for her “business acumen” and “quick and professional advice”. Dessislava studied law at the University of National and World Economy, holds an MA degree in European Union Business Law from the University of Amsterdam as well as Postgraduate Diplomas in EC Competition Law and Economics for Competition Law from King’s College London. She is fluent in Bulgarian, English and German.
