December 2014 - Kinstellar is organising a seminar on Serbia’s new privatisation law and its impact at our Prague office in Palác Myslbek, Na Příkopě 19, Praha 1, on Thursday 4 December 2014 from 9 am. The event, dedicated to the most recent wave of privatisation covering more than 500 major state-owned enterprises in various sectors (energy, manufacture, the extractive industries, utilities, the construction industry, financial institutions, the health sector etc.), will be hosted by our Belgrade partners Selma Mujezinović and Branislav Marić.
Selma Mujezinović has a track record of more than 25 years in commercial law and 9 years spent advising Serbia’s Privatisation Agency. She specialises in privatisation and real estate and construction.
Branislav Marić is a prominent Serbian lawyer with more than 10 years of experience in commercial law. Branislav specialises in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, finance and energy.
