Sang Wha Lee is an Associate in the Vienna office and a member of the M&A, Corporate and Private Equity team as well as Kinstellar’s Korea Desk.

Sang Wha focuses on M&A and corporate law with particular experience in international and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Kinstellar, he served as a research associate at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, where he specialized in intellectual property, competition, and antitrust law. He currently holds the position of an external lecturer in corporate law at the same institution.
