Miriam Broucek is a Partner in the Vienna office and a member of the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets team.
Miriam has more than 15 years of experience in financial markets law advising Austrian and international financial institutions on a broad range of regulatory matters, including banking supervisory law, payment services, securities law, and anti-money laundering compliance. She also has extensive experience in structuring digital business models and advising fintech companies on crypto-asset services and compliance with the European Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR).
