Rustamjon Salomov is a Junior Associate in the Tashkent office. He focuses on corporate law and M&A, with a particular emphasis on projects in the technology and fintech sectors.

Rustamjon assists on all stages of M&A transactions, from legal due diligence and structuring to the drafting and negotiation of key transactional documents, including shareholder agreements and share purchase agreements. He also advises clients on corporate governance matters and is involved in drafting core corporate documents such as charters, minutes of general meetings, powers of attorney, and various commercial agreements.
