Miraziz Khidoyatov is a Senior Associate in the Tashkent office. He focuses on cross-border transactions, corporate M&A, private equity, securities compliance, and international business expansion across emerging markets. He has extensive experience structuring complex transactions in energy, infrastructure, and financial services sectors in the United States and Uzbekistan.

Miraziz is the recipient of the Business Leaders of Central Asia 2024 Award for Leadership in Law and Security and has been profiled by Forbes Kazakhstan for his work facilitating international investment flows into Central Asia. He is the architect of the COMPASS Framework, a strategic methodology for structuring transnational deals that has been featured in leading legal publications.
