Mihaela Dimitrova is a Senior Associate in the Sofia office. She focuses on energy & natural resources as well as infrastructure projects, and M&A and corporate matters.

Mihaela has gained extensive expertise in the energy and renewable energy sectors, focusing on investment regulations, project construction and development and licensing. In the area of corporate law, she advises local and international clients on establishing, implementing, and expanding their business activities in Bulgaria.
