Ivelina Atanasova is a Senior Associate in the Sofia office, specialising in real estate and construction law, as well as project development.

She has extensive expertise across all aspects of real estate, including acquisitions, financing, planning and zoning, project development, leasing, and construction agreements. Ivelina also advises on renewable energy and infrastructure projects, supporting clients throughout the entire development process.
