Noémi Varga is an Associate in the Budapest office and a member of the Competition and Dispute Resolution service lines.

Noémi specializes in litigation and competition regulatory matters, including cartel, misleading of consumers and abuse of dominant position cases. She primarily represents our clients before Hungarian courts, both in civil law and administrative proceedings, as well as in employment law disputes and litigations.

In recent years, Noémi participated in several consumer protection and cartel cases and represented various international clients before the Hungarian Competition Authority and Hungarian courts with great success. She has also gained significant experience in labour law related litigation having represented a number of global companies in connection with work accidents and wrongful termination and in influencer marketing having advised large international firms in the respective field.
