Bertalan Ványa is an Associate in the Budapest office. He focuses on real estate and corporate law.

He has a strong experience in real estate and M&A transactions, and also in complex real estate development and financing projects. Bertalan has an in-depth industry knowledge of real estate acquisition and leasing, including the negotiation and preparation of office, retail and industrial leases. He has acquired exceptional knowledge in various aspects of greenfield investment and development projects.

Bertalan has assisted various international clients on large, national, and international projects including the drafting and negotiation of complex transaction documents.
