Kata Takács is a Junior Associate in the Budapest office and a member of the Employment & Labour Law service line.

Kata primarily advises on employment law matters, with a particular focus on the establishment and termination of employment relationships, the drafting of internal employer policies, and the handling of collective labour issues.

In addition to her employment law practice, Kata also works on corporate and real estate matters, including drafting and reviewing property-related agreements, as well as supporting due diligence and transaction processes.
