László Bujáki is a Managing Associate in the Budapest office, focusing on Energy & Natural Resources, Real Estate and Infrastructure.
László has extensive experience advising on energy and natural resources projects as well as construction matters, with a strong background in drafting and negotiating complex project contracts. He regularly acts for project developers and contractors on major construction projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
His experience includes advising on, drafting and negotiating license and FEED contracts, EPC and EPCM agreements, as well as operation and long‑term service contracts. László also has sector‑specific expertise in energy licensing and domestic and EU‑level regulatory matters.
The team, especially Balázs Sepsey and László Bujáki, has unrivalled experience in negotiating large-scale project development agreements whose experience and negotiation skills are exceptional on the market.
