Dana Sârbu is an Associate in the Bucharest office focusing on public procurement, concessions and PPPs.

During her practice, she has gained experience on different phases of the tendering process. As part of the assisting teams, she helped on the preparation of the bids, on drafting requests for clarification and also helped to formulate the answers to the requests addressed by the public authorities. She was also involved in litigation projects on public procurement by assisting with drafting complaints, counterclaims, providing research of relevant jurisprudence and legislation in order to support the client's interests through legal arguments.
