Magdalena Raducanu is Special Counsel in the Bucharest office and the head of the local Banking and Finance practice.

Magdalena has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of banking and financing (projects, real estate and corporate finance) acting on behalf of both lenders and borrowers, and assisting well-reputed financial institutions on the local and international markets. She also has significant exposure to general corporate law.

Prior to joining Kinstellar in 2021, she spent almost her entire career with the Bucharest office of a major international law firm.

Magdalena Raducanu has experience acting for lenders on a variety of financing matters related to the real estate, oil and chemical industries, advising on acquisition finance, development finance and amendments to credit facilities.
