Lavinius Preda is a Junior Associate in the Bucharest office.

He is frequently involved in complex commercial, insolvency, and administrative litigation matters, supporting senior lawyers with case strategy and preparation. He also advises on sensitive white-collar investigations, and has assisted and represented clients in several criminal proceedings. 

Lavinius also provides support on data protection and privacy matters, with a focus on developing and implementing compliance strategies aligned with GDPR standards. He has gained significant experience advising local and international clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial and M&A matters, assisting with both transactional and advisory aspects.
