Cosmin Mitrica is a Junior Associate in the Bucharest office, specializing in competition and energy/regulatory law matters, including environment.
As an intern, Cosmin has previously been part of the legal department of an institution supporting the implementation of environmental protection projects and programmes in Romania, where he has advised on a number of disputes concerning environmental taxes. Due to his prestigious academic background, Cosmin’s knowledge firmly extends to competition law aspects.
He has also worked in the investment department of an internationally renowned professional services and investment management company, having assisted on a number of lease contracts for reputable tenants, as well as, hitherto, one of the largest real estate projects in the country, and for a globally-recognized name as an audit analyst, navigating through the behind-the-scenes of various clients’ industries.
