Teodor Lupu is an Associate in the Bucharest office focusing on corporate and M&A.

He advises both domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate matters, ranging from mergers and acquisitions, business structuring, including business transfers, to asset deals and other commercial transactions. Teodor has several years of experience gained at leading Romanian and international law firms, where he provided legal support in M&A, corporate governance, contract negotiation and drafting, and day-to-day advisory work for companies across various industries, predominantly with German-speaking clients.

Teodor also has experience advising financial institutions, with focus on the consumer credit market, on regulatory and compliance matters, including licensing, restructuring, consumer protection, and other sector-specific operational issues.
