Gabriela Ištvanová is an Associate in the Bratislava office. She focuses on life sciences & healthcare, real estate, corporate law, and employment matters.

Gabriela has extensive experience advising both domestic and international clients on a wide range of local and cross-border projects. As a member of the Bratislava office’s M&A, Corporate & Private Equity team, she frequently advises on acquisitions, corporate governance, and various aspects of day-to-day business operations in Slovakia.

In addition to her strong background in corporate law, Gabriela has notable expertise in employment and labour law. In recent years, her practice has gradually focused on the life sciences & healthcare sector, where she regularly advises clients on industry-specific corporate and regulatory issues.
