Pavle Puača is an Associate in the Belgrade office, specializing in real estate, construction & planning matters.

Pavle has extensive experience in real estate financing, advising lenders and borrowers on loans and agreements, and assisting with real estate development, due diligence, and sale/purchase transactions.

He also provides corporate, commercial, and M&A advice, including negotiation of shareholder agreements and advising on company incorporation and general corporate matters.

Pavle's focus further expends to energy & natural resources, in particular renewable energy, property acquisition, and regulatory compliance.

He also provides advice on intellectual property matters with a strong focus on the TMT sector, advising technology, media and telecommunications companies on the protection and enforcement of copyright, trademarks and licensing agreements.
