Aleksa Nikić is an Associate in the Belgrade office, specialising in Employment & Labour Law. He advises corporate clients on fostering balanced, compliant, and productive employer–employee relationships, helping organisations minimise the risk of workplace disputes while maintaining a positive and sustainable working environment.

In addition to his advisory work, Aleksa represents clients before courts and participates in negotiations aimed at resolving employment disputes through amicable solutions. His practice includes drafting and reviewing a broad range of employment-related documentation, as well as assisting companies in aligning their internal policies and procedures with applicable legislation, international standards, and HR compliance requirements.

Aleksa also provides guidance on redundancy processes and advises on the legal aspects of international assignments, including the employment of foreign nationals and the acquisition of work and residence permits.
