Andrijana Misailović is a Junior Associate in the Belgrade office with a strong focus on the Energy & Natural Resources sector.

Andrijana participates on a broad range of energy-related matters, supporting both transactional and regulatory work for domestic and international clients. She regularly assists the M&A, Corporate and Private Equity team on transactions in the energy sector, including legal due diligence, corporate structuring and post-closing implementation. She also contributes to projects involving renewable energy, conventional power, oil & gas and energy infrastructure, with particular attention to permitting, compliance and sector-specific regulation.
