Kamila Serik is a Junior Associate in the Almaty office. She has gained extensive experience in capital markets and corporate transactions.

Kamila has advised international clients on corporate structuring and entity establishment in Kazakhstan, including within the AIFC framework, and has supported regulatory procedures across a range of sectors. She has been actively involved in cross-border M&A transactions, assisting with the drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation governed by both Kazakhstan and English law.

She has also contributed to complex capital markets matters, including sovereign and quasi-sovereign Eurobond issuances listed on major international exchanges. Her work includes advising on regulatory compliance, transactional risk mitigation, and post-transaction integration.

In addition, Kamila is involved in advising clients in the digital assets sector, including on the evolving regulatory framework in Kazakhstan and AIFC licensing requirements.
