Front Office / Risk Administrative Assistant – Slovakia

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, thoughtful, and proactive Front Office / Risk Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bratislava! This dynamic dual role offers the best of both worlds - combining hands-on experience in regional compliance support with a warm, engaging presence at the front desk of one of our key European locations.

The position is split 50/50, giving you the opportunity to contribute to both regional operations and the daily rhythm of our Bratislava office, making a meaningful impact in both areas.

Responsibilities include:

Front Office Support (50%)

  • Welcoming visitors and managing front desk duties;
  • Handling calls, mail, deliveries and meeting room logistics;
  • Assisting with general office administration.

Risk & Compliance (50%)

  • Collecting and tracking Engagement Agreements and AML/KYC forms;
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and preparing basic reports;
  • Following up on missing documentation with internal team;
  • Providing support to the Head of Compliance and collaborating with the regional Risk team.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Excellent attention to detail, with a structured and reliable working style;
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and ability to manage sensitive information;
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to spot gaps and flag inconsistencies;
  • Good English skills (written and spoken);
  • Basic document management experience (e.g., working with SharePoint or similar systems);
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is an advantage.
