Regional Market Analyst

Kinstellar boasts an award-winning and diverse business development team of people located throughout our regional network as well as in London, Paris and the United States. Unlike many of the business development professionals in the legal sector, we actually engage directly with clients and build new relationships.

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, commercially minded professional to join our close-knit team as a research analyst. This is an excellent opportunity to become an important member of a dynamic team, working with people who are driven, experienced and passionate about what they do and who, importantly, can also have a laugh.

Job responsibilities will include:

  • identifying market trends and developing a set of recommendations/ bullet points that we can use for client conversations and social media platforms;
  • providing analyses of trends and forecasts and drawing conclusions that we can use to engage clients around a certain product/service using multiple forms of media targeting defined audiences;
  • agreeing topics of interest with sector/service leaders;
  • defining objectives, key messages, timing and resources; and
  • measuring success and evaluating what success looks like.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • good commercial and market awareness and a thorough understanding of our sector and how we operate;
  • previous experience (minimum 2–3 years) in a similar position in a professional services environment;
  • perfect knowledge of English;
  • strong computer skills, knowledge of statistical software (essential);
  • excellent analytical skills with knowledge of mathematical models, statistics and the gathering of data to reach conclusions;
  • the ability to communicate effectively with all types of people;
  • excellent organisational skills in order to multi-task effectively and meet deadlines;
  • a flair for driving projects successfully;
  • high levels of enthusiasm, energy and determination;
  • great people skills and ability to engage, influence and educate others; and
  • our passion for providing great client service.
