We are looking for a newly qualified M&A and Corporate lawyer to join our team in Bucharest.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
has a law degree from a reputable Romanian university and 2 years of practical experience in corporate/M&A: mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate structures, company governance and general commercial advice; any additional practice area expertise would be beneficial and will bring additional value (such as public M&A, capital markets and financial regulatory);
is driven and finds motivation in working on complex transactions for international clients and global law firms;
with attention to detail, teamwork and great communication skills, wants to work in a team that is praised for their consistently high quality of work; and
has full professional proficiency in English.
The job will involve client interaction and matter management responsibilities from the outset, and will involve responsibility for multiple projects at any given time.
