Katarina Živković is a Managing Associate in the Belgrade office with significant experience in dispute resolution and arbitration. She has led numerous domestic and international clients through case strategy development and representation before courts and other authorities across a wide range of dispute resolution matters. Her practice focuses on commercial and investment arbitration, as well as complex litigation.

Katarina has been involved in a number of high‑profile disputes for major multinational and domestic companies, including complex arbitration proceedings (international and investment) and a broad spectrum of litigation claims. She has substantial experience in disputes relating to construction and real estate matters—including FIDIC‑based cases—as well as contractual and commercial disputes.

In addition to her dispute resolution work, Katarina advises leading domestic and international companies on GDPR and local data protection regulations. As a Certified Personal Data Protection Manager and the 2022 Client Choice Award winner for Data Privacy & Protection in Serbia, she is widely recognized as a market leader in this field. Her advisory work spans data collection and processing, cross‑border data transfers and related approval procedures, DPO services, regulatory compliance, policy preparation, and representation before the local data protection authority.
