Miloš Gledović is an Of Counsel in the Belgrade office, focusing on real estate, energy, and infrastructure projects. He brings extensive experience across real estate, construction, corporate, and tax matters.

With more than 15 years of international experience, Miloš advises project developers, private equity investors, financial institutions, and corporate clients throughout the full lifecycle of their investments. His work includes structuring transactions, negotiating documentation, coordinating multiparty stakeholders, and managing regulatory, tax, and governance aspects that affect project bankability and long‑term performance.

In addition to his advisory practice, Miloš contributes valuable business‑side insight. He previously managed one of the largest real estate portfolios in the Balkans for a leading international food retailer and served on the board of a major commercial real estate developer in Southeast Europe.
