Ionut Marcut is a Financial Advisor based in the Bucharest office. He provides tailored support to clients in areas such as financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and business advisory.

His experience includes assisting companies with the preparation and review of financial statements in line with both Romanian accounting standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He also supports clients with sustainability-related reporting, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosures and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

Ionut works closely with clients to deliver clear, accurate financial insights that support informed decision-making and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. He also has experience in testing internal controls and analyzing financial data.
