Lukáš Ševčík is a Partner with more than 30 years of experience in M&A. He has advised clients on over 400 transactions, ranging from early-stage venture capital investments to complex, multibillion-euro cross-border deals.

Lukáš served as Managing Partner of the Prague office for 16 years and was a member of the Firm Management Committee for 12 years. He splits his time between the firm’s regional roles, including firmwide Head of the Defence & Security sector and Head of the German Desk, and works on the firm’s expansion and acquisition projects as a member of the Strategic Pursuits Team.
