Jitka Logesová named an officer of the International Bar Association’s Anti-Corruption Committee
January 2016 - We are pleased to announce that Jitka Logesová, a partner at Kinstellar’s Prague office, has been named an officer of the International Bar Association’s (IBA) Anti-Corruption Committee. Jitka considers the appointment a great honour, as well as an appreciation of her work and activities in this area, and she is excited to be a part of such a dedicated community.
Jitka Logesová is the head of Kinstellar’s regional Compliance, Risk & Sensitive Investigation (CRSI) practice, Co-Head of Kinstellar’s Private Equity practice and a Board Member of the Czech Venture Capital Association. She has 20 years’ experience advising leading international groups, financial institutions, and other major investors on large-scale transactions in Emerging Europe, and she brings this expertise to her new role as part of IBA’s Anti-Corruption Committee.
Jitka has led a number of internal investigations related to allegations of bribery mainly in the pharma, IT, construction and energy sectors and has advised a number of global companies under FCPA investigation in several countries across the CEE region. She advised the City of Prague on its new anticorruption strategy and regularly advises companies and financial institutions on a broad range of compliance issues, including establishing and implementing executive compliance systems. Jitka is a frequent speaker at international anti-corruption conferences.
