Acclaimed senior attorney joins Kinstellar in Prague

Květoslav Krejčí has joined the Prague office of Kinstellar following more than 17 years of practice as one of the best known partners in the Prague office of White & Case.

Květoslav Krejčí has extensive experience advising clients on transactions governed by Czech and English law, mainly in debt and equity capital markets and bank financing, but also mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate matters and dispute resolution. For many years Květoslav has been ranked as a leading expert and highly recommended lawyer in Banking/Finance and Capital Markets by independent benchmarking publications, including Chambers, Legal 500 and IFLR 1000.
He has represented financial institutions, pharmaceutical and utility companies such as ČEZ in connection with financial transactions and stock exchange listings, as well as Raiffeisenbank Česká spořitelna, ČSOB and České dráhy. He has advised on a number of ground-breaking transactions introducing novel legal concepts and products into the Czech banking and financial market.
