Junior Lawyer, Employment & Labour Law – Romania

Kinstellar is looking for a motivated Junior Lawyer to be part of our employment team in Bucharest.

We are an energetic law firm, with exposure to complex matters and colleagues who help each other out by growing together on a daily basis. We move forward and remain driven. Therefore, we are looking for a junior lawyer (trainee or newly qualified) who has up to 3 years of experience at a law firm or an in-house position, to join our Bucharest employment team.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • a junior associate that passed the bar exam or is an associate who has up to 3 years of experience in employment (e.g. contracts, employment terminations, employer and employee rights, TUPE), ideally including also labour litigation matters; any additional practice area expertise would be beneficial and will bring additional value;
  • solid knowledge of employment law;
  • driven and finding motivation in working for international clients and global law firms
  • commercial thinking;
  • curiosity and interest in continuous learning and development;
  • attention to detail, teamwork and great communication skills, willingness to work in a team that is praised for their consistently high quality of work; and
  • very good English drafting and speaking skills.
