Bianka Kovacs is a Senior Associate in the Budapest office and a member of the M&A and Corporate department.

Bianka focuses on M&A transactions, including, in particular, various types of private equity investments as well as exits of multinational high-profile clients and other private sales and acquisitions (especially in relation to financial institutions), in addition to corporate restructurings and general corporate maintenance.

Furthermore, she has broad experience in real estate transactions, especially in greenfield investments, and she has been advising on leases, asset management and construction matters.
